Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

My daughter learned this at a "Kid Fit Camp" put on by our local gym this summer. It is a fruit dip that she loves (and me) and is healthier than most. It is super simple and young helpers can make it themselves.

First you need your choice of fruit for dipping. 1cup of yogurt, 1/2cup of peanut butter, and granola.

Here is my helper measuring the ingredients. I say helper but she pretty much made this herself except for cutting up the fruit.

Simply mix the yogurt and peanut butter together till creamy and smooth.

Add in the granola, we just added a child size handful to the dip then sprinked some more on top after putting in bowl. And below you see the finished product with apple slices for dipping.

You can double or triple this recipe for larger amounts but we were just making a afternoon snack and didn't want to have lots of leftovers.

From our kitchen to yours, Mary
